You are about to enter the Goals-On-Line.com Chat room. By choosing the "I Agree" option at the end of this Agreement and entering the chat room, you are agreeing to adhere to the following Rules and Agreement:

CHAT RULES

You agree that you are entirely responsible for your conduct within this chat room. You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Harass, threaten, embarrass or cause distress to any chat participant.
• Transmit text, data, files or any other material that Goals-On-Line.com or its agencies considers to be unlawful, abusive, vulgar, defamatory or otherwise objectionable.
• Disrupt the normal flow of the dialogue in the chat room or act in any manner that negatively affects any other chat room participant.
• Post or transmit any unsolicited advertising or promotional information of any kind.
• Violation of any local, state, national or international law.
• Provide to or solicit from other chat room participants any personal information to such as your (or their) full name, age, address or physical location.

You agree that your use of this chat room is solely at your own risk. While Goals-On-Line.com and its agencies do not screen or monitor the chat content as a matter of policy, we shall have the right, but not the responsibility, to monitor and remove any content we deem harmful, inappropriate, or in violation of these Rules at any time at our sole discretion.

You agree that Goals-On-Line.Com or its agencies shall not be responsible to you or anyone with access to your Internet /e-mail account for any content found in the Goals-On-Line.Com chat room. Goals-On-Line.Com and its agencies disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the Goals-On-Line.com chat room will meet your requirements or that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, monitored or error free. No advice or information whether oral or written, obtained by you from Goals-On-Line.com‘s chat room shall create any warranty not expressly made herein.

Goals-On-Line.com and its agencies DO NOT intend for and DO NOT recommend that minors use this chat room without adult supervision. In cases where you have authorized another individual, including a minor, to use your Internet/e-mail account, you recognize that you are fully responsible for their conduct and any consequences of misuse.

You agree that your participation is voluntary and you acknowledge that your comments will be publicly available during and after the scheduled chat session. You agree that comments submitted become the property of Goals-On-Line.com and may be posted or reprinted at our discretion.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU SEE MISUSE

If you witness any misuse of this chat room or any activity that violates this Agreement or Rules, please email the offending person’s identity and description of the offending material to info@goalsonline.com. Goals-On-Line.com and its agencies cannot guarantee that action will be taken as a result of your e-mail. Please refer to this Agreement each time you enter the Chat room to see if any updates to this agreement have been made.
